Move, Sweat, Glo: Healthy Aging Month Celebration

ShowGlo Wellness is hosting an uplifting, community-focused celebration of movement, wellness, and connection this Healthy Aging Month!

The event features a full-length Zumba class led by Tiara Bracey, a passionate educator, certified SEL coach, yoga instructor, and founder of Agape Life Prevention Center, a faith-based nonprofit serving Georgia’s underserved youth and families through dance, movement, and social-emotional learning. Tiara brings creativity, compassion, and a trauma-informed approach to every space she leads, making this class fun, energizing, and empowering for all participants.

After the class, participants will celebrate the relaunch of ShowGlo’s 6-month Progress Not Perfection Challenge, a Glo Up Initiative designed to help you make meaningful progress on your physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social wellness goals. With accountability buddies, wellness tracking tools, and access to resources and referrals, you’ll experience group support and celebrate progress without the pressure of perfection.
