Glo2Go: OUR PORCH PICKUP FOOD DRIVE!

**UPDATE: 11/17/25--Thank you to all who participated! In perfect timing for this month's theme of thanks and giving, we are beyond grateful for each supporter of our "Glo2Go Porch Pick-Up" Food Drive ❤️!

Thanks to you, in less than a week, we were able to donate nearly 200 items to the Center for Family Resources' "Thanks4Giving" Food Distribution Event, which will provide enough food to feed an estimated 1,000 Cobb County families! That is a perfect example of how one small act of kindness can spark a movement that changes lives. Thanks for being the spark that keeps us "glo"-ing!

Take 4 simple steps (from home) to change an entire family’s week--Donate fresh or shelf-stable foods to support families who are working hard but still drowning under skyrocketing prices and unstable housing. A simple bag on your doorstep can bring immeasurable relief to someone in need!

When a family is choosing between rent and groceries, your one bag of food can feel like hope. Just place it outside, and we’ll take care of the rest! Visit ShowGlo.org for more info

STEP 1: GATHER NON-PERISHABLE FOOD

Collect canned goods, boxed meals, rice, pasta, cereal, peanut butter, and similar items. Do not include perishables, expired items, or glass containers.

STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR DONATIONS

Place all items in a bag or box and label it “Food Drive Donation” if possible.

STEP 3: SET UP YOUR DROP-OFF AREA

Put your donations on your porch, driveway, or front yard where volunteers can easily see and access them. You may add a small sign indicating it is for the food drive.

STEP 4: LET US KNOW THAT YOU'RE READY FOR PICK UP!

Share your address through our registration page or contact information so volunteers know where to pick up donations. You can also send a photo or description of your setup.
